Honeywell DCS PLUS

The DCS plus digital call station allows the selection of loudspeaker circuits, the transmission of voice announcements as well as various gongs and alarms. The digital call station can be connected via standard CAT5 cable to the DOM and Comprio control devices of the VARIODYN D1. All control signals, up to four simultaneous audio signals and power are transmitted. This connection can be made using a single or redundant cable up to 300 m. This can be extended to 20 km using optical fiber.

The DCS plus digital call station can be expanded with up to six DKM plus digital keypad modules, thereby increasing the total number of available keys and LEDs to 120 per communication station.

The microphone function and cable connection are continuously monitored. The DCS plus provides additional external audio inputs and outputs, which can be used to connect audio devices such as CD players. A 3 m long CAT5 cable to connect the digital call station to a wall outlet is included.
