The VX-3008F is an 8-zone integrated speaker controller in the TOA VX-3000 series of voice evacuation systems. It complies with the European EN54 standard for fire alarm systems. It is equipped with audio inputs and can be directly connected to speaker outputs when used with amplifier modules. It can also be set to broadcast a warning message with a higher priority than the normal warning level. Two emergency states can be activated at the same time (Fire zone evacuates, neighboring zones issue warnings). With the network connection feature, the system can be distributed.

The device includes the following features: Digital processing function allows to adjust the sound of each input separately and each output zone, anti-feedback function helps to reduce howling in the PA system, VOX is a function that allows START/STOP through the input audio signal, ANC function allows to adjust the system sound according to the environmental noise. (ANC function can distinguish the output sound of the device and the surrounding noise. The output sound of the device is not considered noise).

There is a status indicator light for error and the status of each amplifier on the integrator. The device has 8 speaker outputs available. The maximum number of amplifier modules that can be attached to the VX-3008F integrator is 3 (2 modules for use, 1 for backup). The device is an output matrix, the VX-3008F can use 2 audio BUS through 2 amplifier modules. The output matrix setting for BUS-1 and BUS-2 can coexist on one output. The loudspeaker area can be expanded when connecting to another VX-3008F without the need for an amplifier module. The VX-3008F is equipped with input and output ports for backup amplifiers, so the device can easily share backup amplifiers with other VX-3000Fs.
